The Fully Equipped Kitchen

Make yourself at home with plenty of space for everything from morning coffee to family dinners. The kitchen features an eat-in bar as well as a dining table for gathering together.

You’ll find coffee and basic spices, a Keurig coffee maker for pods (you may want to bring your preferred creamer and sweetener), plus a blender, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and most of the cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Just bring the groceries - because we’ve taken care of the kitchen essentials.

For a night in, you’ll find a large TV for streaming your favorite shows, along with board games, a karaoke machine and an electric piano for a little friendly entertainment. The fireplace adds to the character of the room but is decorative and not available for guest use.

Of course, with the lake just outside those windows, who has time for TV? Someone is probably already waiting for you at the dock or around the fire pit.

Relax in the spacious primary suite, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and plenty of room to unwind. Double French doors open directly to the porch, where the hot tub is just steps from your room - perfect for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

The suite also includes a Castro convertible single bed for additional sleeping space and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, bidet, and walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

A charming desk and vanity area provides a convenient space for getting ready or catching up on work, complete with a lighted makeup mirror and television.

If work happens to follow you to paradise, the is an incredible workspace with an adjustable sit/stand desk, television and green screen. You can make video calls, attend meetings or catch up on emails - all with a pretty incredible view.

Outdoor living is a big part of the Lake Sinclair experience, with three covered porches made for relaxing.

The screened porch is a favorite, with a hanging bed that may be the best spot in the house. Curl up with a book, take an afternoon nap or enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the lake views.

Unwind on the hot tub porch with your favorite music playing through Google or retreat to the front porch when you’re looking for a little peace and quiet.

Outdoor Grilling

Fire up the grill and smoker, conveniently located just off the back porch. Grilling utensils are provided, making it easy to prepare everything from burgers and steaks to the day’s catch.

You’ll also find our seasonal herb garden nearby. When herbs are in season, guests are welcome to snip a little fresh flavor to add to meals or cocktails.

With the kitchen and covered outdoor spaces just steps away, everything is set up for easygoing meals and outdoor entertaining at the lake.
