We had a great stay, it is a peaceful neighborhood and beautiful property. We spent our stay relaxing (my kids fell in love with the swing bed), swimming and jumping into the lake from the top deck, grilling, and playing games, our favorites being bocce and giant Jenga. Our dog loved being able to run free in the fenced in property.
The house was clean, welcoming, and well appointed, and there were plenty of supplies. There were instructions available for all items, including the hot tub, dish washer, a/c, tv, etc. Plenty of towels, linens, and cookware. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact, she was able to give me some good info and suggestions on some fishing and boating questions that I had.
My family had a fun time, I will definitely stay here again.

“Could not have been happier with this home. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Perfect for our three- generation trip. The 20-somethings enjoyed it as much as the 80-somethings. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was spotless, and our host was unbelievable. Great tips and very, very responsive. Would love to stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved this property. We chose a very high traffic weekend to go, but that didn’t stop us from having the greatest time. This is the prime spot for fireworks! The moment the host found out we had a toddler, she offered several accommodations like a high chair, pack n play, life jackets and gates. The house was perfectly stocked and the outside games were our favorite! Thank you for a great 4th!!!”

“One of us uses a mobility scooter and has accessibility needs. Kimberly worked with us to measure doorways and bathroom spaces to make sure it would be a good fit so that we could all enjoy our stay. She was extremely responsive and everything was beautiful. She had the table set beautifully for our Thanksgiving dinner and followed up to make sure everything was working for us. It’s a quiet, peaceful setting with kayaks and outdoor as well as indoor games. We all had a wonderful time!”

“Of our 23 Airbnb stays, this home was our favorite. The home and property are beautiful and it was so nice to wake up to beautiful lake views. The home was stocked with everything we needed from towels, rafts, kitchen supplies and extra propane. Our host was very responsive to questions and made us feel valued and welcome. We enjoyed escaping the FL heat and having lake time with the family. We rented a boat and enjoyed exploring the lake but enjoyed most of our time at all the outside areas of the home. “My friends and I had a wonderful time relaxing and reconnecting at Kim’s beautiful lake front home. There were so many different spaces to hang out and enjoy the incredible scenery. We particularly enjoyed floating on the lake and lounging in the spa after dinner. The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed and decorated to match the Key West aesthetic. With the palm trees and bright colors it was like having a lake and beach house vibe together, which we loved! Kim was very responsive to all communications and questions before and throughout our stay. She went out of her way to provide extra floats and a fan to accommodate our needs. As she suggested prior to our arrival, make sure to get your groceries, ice, sunscreen etc.,before arrival because the nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. There is a small gas station closer by but items are way marked up. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!”

“This place is amazing! The views on Lake Sinclair go on for miles, and it is so peaceful, even on the weekends. There are so many choices on where to view the lake: upper dock, lower dock, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, fire pit. And that’s just the outside! The inside has windows that mesmerize you with the views. The furnishings were very comfy and we had everything we needed. The only issue is that the home is at least 25 minutes away from anything - gas, groceries, restaurants - but Kimberly clearly lets you know about it so it wasn’t a surprise.
I would definitely come back here!”

“Really outstanding property and location. Our daughter goes to GCSU and she was able to go back and forth with no problem. The house and the grounds are beautiful. The house is well-appointed, truly everything you need is there. It was extremely comfortable. Kim and Ashley are both very sweet and very much tried to accomodate anything we needed.
We have rented many vacation properties over the years, and this one was among the very best. Checks every box. We will be back!”

The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, right down to the coffee/breakfast station (which includes multiple kinds of tea-yay!).
